This training; As part of the Izmir Design Factory project, it has been brought online and offered to those who want to improve themselves in the field of Service Design. In this context, there are no special requirements during participation in online training. However, we recommend that you take a look at the "Supplementary Documents" section in order to better understand the training subjects and to access the high quality versions of the training files during your study.
Service Design is understanding what we, as employees, must do to generate the customer journey. It is defined as looking at the resources of an organization and designing how it works.
Service Design Training; It is a process consisting of 9 Modules, 5 Lessons, 1 Service Design Test and 1 EQAVET Accreditation consisting of exercise and stakeholder project, designed by the Izmir Design Factory (IDF), which was established within the scope of the EU Project, in cooperation with the team-guide-trainer-stakeholder.
Persons receiving this training;
You will learn the basics of service design. You will learn about service design tools and methods.
You will learn what service design principles are and how to work within the scope of these principles.
You will gain a holistic perspective on tourism products and learn about service design studies.
You will learn about learning and discovery processes in education and gain insight into how service design can be used for education.
You will learn the ways to gain experience in the health system and you will have information about the intricacies of service design in the health sector.
